3. Hybrid Extension Build Time Estimates

Single storey hybrid extension: approx. 5-week build time
Double storey hybrid extension: approx. 9-week build time

These estimates apply to on-site construction only and do not include:

SER production and approvals
Building warrant submission and approval time

These timeframes are not guaranteed. Build durations may be affected by factors beyond the company’s control, including:

Supply chain or manufacturing delays

4. No Liability for Delays

The company cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third parties, statutory approvals, engineering requirements, supply chain issues, or any external circumstances outside its control.

6. No Contract Formed

3. The deposit is paid in full.
