A HEX designer visits your property, takes detailed measurements, and discusses how you want to live and use your space. You’ll receive an initial concept plan, 3D visual, and a fixed-price quote — all before committing.
All drawings, surveys, and permissions handled for you.
Our in-house architects and engineers prepare full technical drawings, run ground and structural surveys, and submit any required applications. You’ll get updates at every stage, with clear sign-off before manufacturing starts.
Foundations in days, not weeks.
Using our advanced screw-pile foundation system, we can install fully tested structural bases in a matter of days no digging, no concrete drying time, minimal disruption. Compression tests confirm load capacity before the build begins.
Your frame is built in our factory for precision and speed.
We manufacture your light-gauge steel structure in a controlled workshop environment. Each piece is laser-cut to the millimetre, ensuring a perfect fit and stronger frame. Components are flat-packed and scheduled for delivery to your site.
Five weeks from groundworks to finished shell.
Week 1: Foundations complete.
Week 2: Steel frame installed.
Week 3: Exterior sealed, watertight.
Week 4: Interior finishes and sign-off.
All works are managed by HEX’s project team with regular site updates.
Your new living space move-in ready.
After final inspections and building control approval, we complete internal fittings and quality checks. You’ll receive warranties, manuals, and your completion certificate plus a walkthrough to ensure everything’s exactly as promised.
